Downtown Woodstock

The quintessential Vermont town of Woodstock was founded in 1761 on the banks of the Ottauquechee River, and evolved from a farming village to a mill town and finally to an artisan and tourism hub. Now Woodstock is known for its antique shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants - and of course the classic Vermont-style covered bridge on the edge of town. Check out the town’s website

Nearby Queeche, Vermont is also home to the world-famous glassblowing factory of Simon Pearce. The old mill overlooks the Ottauquechee river that powers its turbines.
